Group Therapy

Group therapy can be as effective as individual therapy for a wide variety of concerns.

The opportunity to grow through shared experiences can be a powerful way to improve mental health and create lasting change beyond the group. Since sharing personal information can be difficult, group members decide what is discussed and share only when they are comfortable.

To join a group, please request group therapy when you apply for our services. If we have space available, an assistant director will call you to discuss details.

Process Group: FUBU

We offer a process group specifically for Black people facilitated by Black clinicians. The group, For Us By Us, creates a space where intersectional Black identities are represented and validated.
